Product Details

The Ribbed Door Mat is a great way to keep your home entrance clear of debris while dressing the space with style. With the ribbed tile’s open-profile flow-through design, small debris and particles will not sit on the surface and will drop down to beneath the tile. Maintenance becomes easy as a light wash eliminates the debris that has fallen through to the ground.

The unique open-profile cross-action design of the Ribbed Tile has made it the most popular tile in our collection. It has earned its place as the most versatile and durable tile for many reasons, including its ability to withstand extreme and adverse elements.

The Ribbed Door Mat measures 2.5′ x 4′, covering 10 sq. ft. Choose up to two colors for an alternating tile pattern for your Ribbed Door Mat. Also choose edge and corner colors to perfectly accent your pad.

Putting together the Ribbed Door Mat is very simple and typically done by the consumer.

Typical installation of these tiles is as follows:

First, clean your sub floor so it is free of all dirt, grease or debris.
You will interlock your tiles starting from one corner and moving to your right. After laying your first three tiles, you will then move to the second row and begin interlocking from left to right until complete.

Note: When piecing interlocking tiles together, adhesives are usually not used since the weight of the locked together product is usually enough to keep the floor tiles from moving. However, if you do experience movement and would like to ensure that the tiles do not slide at all, some double-sided tape or mat tape can be used around the perimeter of the installation to prevent any movement.

Maintenance of interlocking tile floors are simple. Either use a shop vac to pick up any debris that rests on the surface of the tile, gently mop, or complete a light pressure wash.
